As the founder of RMc Consultant + Development Group, LLC, I specialize in sustainable green building practices, LEED certification guidance, process improvement, and project management. I promote environmentally responsible construction by consulting with project stakeholders to help them achieve LEED certification (Certified, Silver, Gold, or Platinum) and create healthier, energy-efficient buildings with reduced or zero carbon emissions.

As a LEED Green Associate, I focus on adaptive reuse (recycling and repurposing existing structures), indoor environmental quality (IEQ), water efficiency (WE), energy, and sustainable sites (SS). Drawing on an extensive background in entrepreneurship, business operations, management, project management, cost estimation, process improvement, and contract administration, I work to optimize sustainable construction practices and maximize project efficiency.
