Advertisers on SUCULTURE are responsible for their ads. This implies the requirement to keenly observe all appropriate laws, the development of acceptable ads which stands up to regulatory scrutiny.
The SUCULTURE advertising policies are subject to periodically review and you elect to review this page periodically to ensure you understand our terms of advertisement.
SUCULTURE restricts the promotion of online content subject to the country that the campaign is targeting, and each advertisement is reviewed against these policies.
The Ad Review Process
Subject to specific requirements, complexity and advertising standards, we aim to review all adverts and publish typically within 48 hours. However a review might take longer in specific instances. We will work with you to ensure a satisfactory and timely outcome.
This process incorporates subjecting the products/services to review, images, visuals, ad caption, text, age and targeted region, and landing pages. To comply with the aforesaid, we expect all adverts to be compliant with all advertising policies and regulatory changes.
What you should do if your Ad is Disapproved
Should your ad not meet our policies and is disapproved, you can edit it and resubmit it for review. To meet set standards:

Landing Page Ad Specifications
- To be complaint and ensure a result-oriented user experience when our user’s are directed to the landing page, the landing page must work correctly, and ads must not direct our users to a non-functional page, an expired page, a page under construction or which has incomplete content, which are not mobile-friendly, which automatically download files to the user’s device, displays prohibited content or products, or requires user’s to input personal information to access the main content on the landing page.
Ads may direct user’s to the Google Play Store or App Store, the official website of the product or service, or the page of the product which is advertised.
Consistency of the Advert
- This includes the ad caption, the ad videos, ad text and ad images, and ad CTA which needs to be compatible with the promoted products on the landing page.
- The “Display Name” needs to correspond with the promoted product on the landing page.
Please contact us to discuss your language preference. The language of the ad and landing page needs to correspond with the language setting or accepted language of the targeted region. Likewise the Ad Caption and Text must not contain any spelling error grammar inaccuracies.
Prohibited Content and Community Criterion
Illegal Activity and Prohibited Services
Ads promoted on SUCULTURE must not display, facilitate, or endorse services or activities considered to be illegal in a given jurisdiction.
Protection of Minors
Ads promoted on SUCULTURE must not display, facilitate, or endorse content which shows inappropriate behaviour towards or involving minors, such as underage drinking or underage smoking.
Ads promoted on SUCULTURE must not display, facilitate, or endorse products/games aimed at appealing to minors in some specific ad targeting regions.
Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia
Ads promoted on SUCULTURE must not display, facilitate, or endorse prescription or recreational drugs, or accessories having any association with drug use such as rolling papers, vaporized delivery devices or bongs.
Nudity or Adult Content
Ads promoted on SUCULTURE must not display, facilitate, or endorse the use of prohibited adult products or services, partial/implied nudity or sexual activities or behaviour which involve excessively suggestive or sexually provocative content.
Explosives, Weapons and Ammunition
Ads promoted on SUCULTURE must not display, facilitate, or endorse the use of lethal weapons, the use of ammunitions, or explosives in real life, including, but not limited to, explosives, guns, bombs, or other objects that are designed to cause harm or injury to individuals.
Religion and Culture
Ads promoted on SUCULTURE must not display, facilitate, or endorse content that infringes or violates the local culture of the ad targeting regions, religious buildings, religious symbols, or the malicious comparison of religions.
Ads promoted on SUCULTURE must not display, facilitate, or endorse tobacco or tobacco-related products such as e-cigarettes, tobacco pipes, cigars, rolling papers, or smoking-related behaviour in real life, including, but not limited to, alternatives which imitate the act of smoking.
Offensive, Discriminatory or Extreme Content
Without limitation, Ads promoted on SUCULTURE must not display, facilitate, or endorse hate speech against an individual, a protected group or organization, based on race, ethnicity, nationality, medical or genetic condition and religious affiliation.
Political Ads and Content
Ads promoted on SUCULTURE must not make reference to, endorse or promote, or oppose a candidate for public office, current or past political office holder, political parties or organizations, or which may contain content with reference to a local, state, or federal issue of public importance.
Law Enforcement Content
Without limitation, Ads promoted on SUCULTURE must not display, facilitate, or endorse negative content with reference to law enforcement symbols, including the police or military, including the advocating of war propaganda.
Copyrighted work and Intellectual Property
Ads promoted on SUCULTURE must not display, facilitate, or endorse content that infringes or violates the rights of third-parties, including, but not limited to, brands, trademarks, logos, names or other personal or proprietary rights.
Additional Restricted Content.
Ads promoted on SUCULTURE must not display, facilitate, or endorse the excessive use or drinking of alcohol, or irresponsible drinking, display alcohol brand names, bar scenes, or scenes of drinking in real life in some specific ad targeting regions; gambling with real money or simulated gambling, lotteries, portray or encourage gambling-related behaviour, this includes sports/horse race betting in some specific ad targeting regions; contain violent language or insulting actions; display dangerous behaviour without safety protection; display animal cruelty, such as dog or animal fighting, gratuitous violence towards animals, sensational and shocking content, content which contains a malicious comparison with other brands; adverts which contain misleading claims, exaggerated descriptions or absolute claims without related proof, including those concerning a product’s effect or promote counterfeit products.
