Established in 1989, it is the largest and oldest festival of African music and culture in Europe – With more than 7,000 musicians and artists from 56 countries across Africa and the Caribbean performing in Würzburg so far and approximately 2,415,000 visitors experiencing the cultural wealth of the African continent.
